The Junior Job Cards & Methodic Specialist is responsible for the implementation of aircraft maintenance data into SR Technics work documents, link them in SR Technics IT System, for the preparation of maintenance instructions.

Main Tasks

• To promote a positive Safety Culture and to ensure that Safety and Quality Policy is communicated/promoted and implemented within the Organization.
• To ensure that all elements of the SMS are properly implemented, maintained and continuously improved by fulfilling all SMS related duties and responsibilities as defined in SMS Manual.
• Prepare and optimize Aircraft Job Cards for Routine and Modification Tasks to minimize the workload and administrative costs in Aircraft Maintenance.
• Ensure Risk Assessment Routine and Modification Job Cards is carried out.
• Prepare Database to keep traceability of risk assessed Job Cards.
• Prepare Task lists and evaluate key measurements such as Man-hours, Work Centers, Work steps, Critical task splits, Skill, Static start, Aircraft Access
• Keep Aircraft Maintenance Instructions current.
• Prepare Work packages for single event & multi single event customers.
• Support the Production Management and Estimation Team as deemed necessary.
• Continuous improvement and development of the ERP software.
• Execute any other task commensurate with the role.

Your profile

• A minimum of 2 years technical experience or graduate in Engineering.
• Good command of verbal and written English.
• Be IT Literate.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Positive attitude and solutions orientated.
• High degree of customer focus, both internal and external.
• Proven ability to work under pressure.
